Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the B2B, B2C, CASA, consumer durables, automobile, insurance, pharmaceutical, service sales sectors.
Lead a team of sales professionals to drive business growth through effective direction setting and performance monitoring.
Identify new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products/services across various industries.
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Job Requirements :

2-9 years of experience in direct sales or area sales management.
Proven track record of achieving targets in multiple product categories (B2B/B2C).
Strong understanding of marketing principles and ability to apply them effectively for lead generation.
Excellent team leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
