Senior Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager Organization: K2 Technologies Working Days: Monday to Friday Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and execute our field marketing efforts, develop and implement strategic marketing plans, and promote our brand and services, particularly within the IT, SaaS, and Digital Marketing sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships, while also handling brand visibility, lead generation, and strategic market expansion.   Key Responsibilities:   Build and maintain strong relationships to promote company services and initiatives. Conduct presentations, workshops, and promotional events in educational institutions. Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and visibility. Design and implement effective marketing strategies to generate leads and increase sales of IT services, SaaS products, and digital marketing solutions. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize campaigns. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, field activities, and relationship outcomes. Document feedback from institutions and potential clients to improve service offerings.   Required Skills & Qualifications:7–10 years of experience in field marketing, business development, or institutional relations (preferably in IT/SaaS/Digital Marketing industries).   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.   Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.   Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing coordination.   Must own a 2-wheeler and possess a valid driving license & Comfortable with regular field visits across assigned regions.   Perks & Benefits:Petrol allowance for field visits.   5 Days Working (Mon- Fri)   Opportunity to work in a fast-growing tech and marketing services environment.
