Business development associate

You will be working as a Business Development professional for K2 Technologies, a multinational company headquartered in the United States with a focus on assisting small, medium, and large businesses to grow. As part of the sales and marketing team, your responsibilities will include reaching out to, prospecting, presenting to, negotiating with, and closing deals with C-level executives and business owners in the US market. This role does not involve any field visits. Your key tasks will involve handling objections effectively, conducting strong call and email follow-ups, researching and analyzing clients" organizations and online businesses to identify opportunities, and creating digital marketing plans for clients. You will also be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, forecasting monthly sales targets, and achieving them. The ideal candidate for this position should be persuasive, goal-oriented, and experienced in digital marketing sales in the US market. You should be comfortable with making calls and communicating with clients in the US, possess an energetic and friendly demeanor, and be eager to expand the company's sales, client base, and territories. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage your time efficiently. Persistence in handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude while approaching potential clients is essential. Candidates with knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close, previous experience in outbound call centers, inside sales, or related sales experience are preferred. This role offers a 5-day working week with fixed weekends off. Daily incentives of up to Rs 5000 and monthly incentives of up to Rs 1 lakh are also part of the job benefits and perks.
