About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our sales team at CludoBits IT Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets and grow revenue from new and existing accounts.
  • Prepare proposals, sales plans, and account management strategies.
  • Work with CRM tools for lead and pipeline management.
  • Negotiate effectively and sell on value, not just price.
  • Stay updated with IT market trends and solutions.
  • Travel as required for business development.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of B2B IT sales experience (software solutions/IT services/cybersecurity).
  • Proven track record of meeting quotas and building 3–4x sales pipelines.
  • Strong solution-selling and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of IT services, enterprise applications, and OEM products (IBM, Cisco, HP, Dell, NetApp, Microsoft, VMware, etc.).
  • Experience in account management and large client handling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (IT/Electronics/Computers) and MBA/PGDM in Marketing or International Business preferred.
