Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Manager role located in Pune. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role includes generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Experience in sales management, sales strategy, and sales planning
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales performance
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• Experience in the fintech industry is preferred
