Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Pune. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, manage and mentor the sales team, and work to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, building relationships with clients, and providing regular sales reports. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to drive overall business growth. Qualifications Strong experience in sales, sales management, and strategy development Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities Analytical and market research skills to identify trends and opportunities Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in the financial or fintech sector is a plus Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
