Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves market assessment, coordination with cross-functional teams, and delivering tailored solutions to client requirements. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for contract negotiation and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent communication and support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B Sales and Business Development with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Skills in Client Relationship Management and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the Power Sector, Railways, or industrial applications is a strong advantage
• Strategic thinking and market analysis expertise
• Ability to manage and lead a sales team effectively
• Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred)
• Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or leadership are beneficial
