Key Objectives:

Revenue Generation:
Drive sales performance and contribute to revenue growth targets.
Customer Acquisition:
Identify and convert new leads into long-term customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Product Promotion:
Effectively promote and position products to meet diverse customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting:
Identify and research potential customers and new market opportunities.
Needs Assessment:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Solution Presentation:
Present TI Cycles' product offerings through effective sales pitches, demos, or presentations.
Negotiation & Closure:
Lead negotiations and close sales deals in alignment with company policies and pricing structures.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer engagement techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
High level of initiative, self-motivation, and goal orientation
Passion for cycling or mobility solutions is a plus
