Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in

  labels and sachets

  printing and packaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with FMCG, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food & beverage clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored

  digital printing solutions

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery of projects.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Provide after-sales support to maintain long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Printing Technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven sales experience in

  printing, packaging, or related industries

• Strong knowledge of

  digital printing technologies, packaging materials, and converting processes

  .
• Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into client-friendly solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients.
