The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.
Qualifications
• Generate leads and drive bookings for events.
• Conduct client meetings, venue tours, and close sales.
• Build strong relationships with corporates, event planners, and communities.
• Understand client needs and suggest the right event packages.
• Negotiate prices and prepare event proposals.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution.
• Maintain records of sales, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Represent the venue at exhibitions, fairs, and networking events.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after the event.
• Willingness to do field work and client visits.
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Good negotiation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of event planning and hospitality.
• Self-motivated with target-oriented mindset.
