Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with 3–5 years of proven sales experience in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Candidates with experience in selling to doctors, hospitals, or healthcare clients will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in the digital marketing domain.
• Lead Generation: Independently generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Pitching Services: Present and explain digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Branding) to potential clients.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales goals.
• Business Growth: Contribute to the overall growth and market presence of Redwud Creations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of sales experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and generate own leads
• Exposure to healthcare clients (doctors, hospitals, clinics) will be considered a strong advantage
• Self-driven, ambitious, and result-oriented professional
