Job Description

Responsibility:-

Generate new leads through calls, field visits, and online channels.

Meet clients to explain solar solutions, pricing, and government subsidies.

Conduct site visits and prepare customized proposals.

Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly targets.

Maintain strong customer relationships and after-sales support.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing preferred).

Minimum 1 year experience in sales; solar industry experience preferred.

Strong communication & negotiation skills.

Must be self-motivated and open to fieldwork across Lucknow.
