*About the Role*
We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team. You will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and direct customer engagement.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Identify and approach potential customers to promote our products/services.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Conduct product presentations and explain benefits clearly.
Collect customer feedback and share insights on market trends.
Ensure timely follow-ups and lead closures.
*Requirements:*
Minimum qualification: [Min 12th pass].
Prior experience in sales/marketing preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must have own bike and valid driving license.
Willingness to travel for field work.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
*Salary & Benefits:*
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 (based on interview, skills, and experience)
