We at Imperial Biotech are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer with hands-on experience in refrigeration, along with good knowledge of electrical and mechanical components used in laboratory, medical, and blood banking equipment. The ideal candidate should be open to frequent travel across India for installation, servicing, breakdown support, and preventive maintenance tasks. All travel-related expenses will be borne by the company. Key Responsibilities: Installation, commissioning, and servicing of refrigeration-based equipment (e.g., blood bank refrigerators, plasma freezers, ULT freezers). Troubleshooting and repairing of electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults. Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule. Provide timely technical support to customers and ensure minimal downtime. Coordinate with internal teams and maintain service documentation/reporting. Train users/customers on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting. Maintain spare part inventory and tools during field visits. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and service quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Refrigeration, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields. Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration cycles, compressors, sensors, and control systems. Understanding of circuit diagrams, wiring, and general electrical troubleshooting. Familiarity with lab or medical equipment is an added advantage. Good communication and customer service skills. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel anywhere in India as per service requirements. Must be adaptable, punctual, and committed to quality service. Must possess a valid driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
