Job Description We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in digital printing solutions for labels and sachets . The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the packaging industry, excellent client relationship management skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in labels and sachets printing and packaging. Build and maintain strong relationships with FMCG, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food & beverage clients. Understand client requirements and provide tailored digital printing solutions . Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to negotiation and closure. Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery of projects. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Provide after-sales support to maintain long-term customer relationships. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Printing Technology, or related field. 2–5 years of proven sales experience in printing, packaging, or related industries . Strong knowledge of digital printing technologies, packaging materials, and converting processes . Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into client-friendly solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.
