We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field sales, cold calling, networking, and lead generation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers using solid arguments. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales data using CRM tools. Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize the sales process. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a sales or business development role. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office. Proficiency in English and local language(s) as per location. Willingness to travel as required.
