Product Manager

We are hiring a results-driven Product Manager / Team Lead to join our growing team. This role requires someone who can lead cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end product lifecycles, and deliver high-impact solutions aligned with our business goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable products, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings a mix of technical understanding and business acumen. Key Responsibilities: Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact, user feedback, and data. Lead and mentor a cross-functional team. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear product specs. Monitor product performance through analytics and continuously improve the user experience. Act as the bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and timely delivery. Identify risks, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or leading software development teams. Strong understanding of product development methodologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
