Role & responsibilities: Drive product roadmap execution and manage sprint activities. Gather customer/stakeholder feedback and convert it into clear requirements. Create user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate with engineering, design, and QA teams for timely delivery. Monitor product performance and suggest improvements. Track market trends and competitor insights to refine product strategy. Prepare regular product updates and documentation. Preferred candidate profile: 7 - 10 years of experience in Product Management/Solution Design. Strong experience in Agile/Scrum and cross-functional collaboration. Proven background in digital products (B2B/B2C, mobile apps, or enterprise platforms). Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Certifications like CSPO/PSPO are a plus. Based in or willing to work from Hyderabad office.
