Job Description

We are seeking a

dynamic and self-driven Sales Professional

with

5 10 years of experience in Product Engineering services sales

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

driving new business growth across India

, including

account prospecting, lead qualification, proposal coordination, and deal closure

.
You will collaborate closely with

Sequoia s leadership and technical teams

to develop

tailored go-to-market strategies

, craft

customized solution pitches

, and

build long-term, trusted customer relationships

that drive sustained revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective customers across

    target verticals

    such as Healthcare, Industrial/Manufacturing, IoT, Semiconductors and Enterprise.
  • Manage the

    entire sales lifecycle

    from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with

    technical teams

    to prepare solution proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Develop and execute

    go-to-market strategies

    aligned with Sequoia s service offerings and accelerators .
  • Build and maintain

    long-term customer relationships

    to enable repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain a structured

    sales pipeline

    , track progress through CRM tools, and provide accurate forecasts to leadership.
  • Support

    marketing team

    events, webinars, and LinkedIn campaigns to drive lead generation.
  • Stay updated on

    industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings

    to strengthen Sequoia s positioning in the market.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 10 years

    of experience in

    product engineering services sales

    , preferably with exposure to embedded systems, IoT, Cloud/DevOps, or AI/ML solutions.
  • Proven success in

    new customer acquisition

    and

    meeting or exceeding revenue targets

    .
  • Strong ability to

    understand customer pain points

    and align them with technology-driven services and solutions.
  • Excellent

    communication, presentation, and negotiation

    skills with experience engaging with decision-makers.
  • Hands-on experience in

    proposal management, pricing discussions, and contract negotiation

    .
  • Proficiency with

    CRM tools

    .
  • Bachelor s degree in

    Engineering or Business

    (MBA preferred).
  • A

    self-starter

    with a hunter mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
