International Sales Manager

As an International Sales Manager at our company, your role will involve working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to seek new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include qualifying leads from marketing campaigns, contacting potential clients, identifying client needs, customizing product solutions, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market, setting up meetings or calls with clients, and building reports for presentation to the manager. Key Responsibilities: - Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities - Contact potential clients via phone and emails - Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services - Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction - Build long-term trusting relationships with clients - Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market - Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives - Build reports to present to the manager Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of work experience as a Business Development Manager/ Executive, Sales Account Executive, or similar role - Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (e.g., inbound, outbound, field sales) - Track record of achieving sales quotas - Experience with CRM software - Fluency in MS Excel - Understanding of sales performance metrics - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to deliver engaging presentations - Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field,
