Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in high-end jewelry sales preferred.
• Proficiency in negotiation techniques to conduct business effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas, present proposals, and engage with clients.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Capable of leading and motivating a sales team.
