Job Description

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline by qualifying leads across assigned territories or segments.
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable products/solutions.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and support.

3. Sales Presentations & Negotiations

  • Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and solution packages.
  • Lead negotiations to close deals while maintaining profitability and customer value.

4. Revenue Growth & Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Execute sales strategies to maximize revenue across existing and new accounts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales performance.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on sales strategies.
  • Provide customer insights and market feedback to enhance product development.
  • Support onboarding and handover processes for newly acquired clients.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Prepare regular reports on performance, sales metrics, and business progress.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual standards.

7. Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor products, services, and strategies to strengthen sales positioning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
