Role Summary - The sales executive will be responsible for the allotted inventory, customer handling, stock addition/deletion and sales. The role shall be based out of the showroom to which the executive has been assigned. Key Responsibilities- The key responsibilities of the sales executive include, but are not limited to the following - Stock handling - Receive stock additions, visual QC and manage inventory Sales - Assist Customers in purchasing leading to Sales conversion who arrive at the showroom to buy jewellery - Cross-sell/up-sell Responsible for providing great customer experience Desired Competencies To perform this job successfully Strong communication skills Ability to convince customers Responsible for providing grate customer experience Desired Competencies To perform this job successfully Presentable physical appearance and grooming Secure family background Ability to speak local language and English Timings- 10:30am to 9:30 pm, 5 days a week with Saturday and Saturday being mandatory working.
