Senior Sales Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer to drive our business growth. If you are a technically sound engineer with a proven track record in industrial marketing, this opportunity is for you!

Requirements & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or equivalent preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial marketing and sales
• Product Expertise: Must have hands-on experience and a strong technical understanding of selling and servicing products such as:
• Pumps (various types)
• Industrial Instrumentation
• Gear Boxes
• Electric Motors
• PLC Automation jobs and projects
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships within the industrial sector.

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Actively generate leads, develop new business opportunities, and manage the complete sales cycle to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Technical Sales: Effectively present, demonstrate, and explain the technical features and benefits of our product portfolio (Pumps, Motors, Automation, etc.) to potential and existing clients
• Customer Engagement: Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations at customer sites
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new product opportunities
• Travel: This role is field-intensive and requires extensive travel (minimum 4-5 days a week) within the assigned territory

• Self-disciplined and able to manage a territory effectively with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
