The Sales and Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting, performing maintenance and repair tasks, conducting field service visits, and ensuring effective communication with clients. The engineer will also collaborate with the sales team to assist in the promotion and sale of company products. Role Overview: The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for both business development and technical support activities — from identifying customer needs and promoting products, to installation, commissioning, and after-sales service. This role suits energetic, hands-on engineers who enjoy both technical and customer-facing work. Key Responsibilities: Visit customers for sales promotion, demos, and technical discussions. Identify new business opportunities for laser machines, press brakes, and finishing solutions. Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical offers. Support machine installation, commissioning, and operator training. Handle troubleshooting, maintenance, and service calls. Coordinate with the Pune office for spare parts, service reports, and documentation. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction. Achieve sales and service performance targets. Desired Candidate Profile: DME / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in industrial machinery , sheet metal , or CNC equipment . Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills. Willingness to travel across India. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Location: Pune (with travel across India)
