Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve supporting the project management team by overseeing the day-to-day operations of various projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule. The Project Coordinator will act as a key liaison between stakeholders, clients, and team members, helping to keep projects on track and facilitating communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution:
  • Assist project managers in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and procurement.
  • Ensure project activities align with project goals and deadlines.
  • Track and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and delays.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and status updates.
  • Prepare and distribute regular project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, progress, and issues.
  • Ensure all project-related documentation is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
  • Coordination & Communication:
  • Act as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external vendors or contractors.
  • Coordinate meetings, project kick-offs, and status updates, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and engaged.
  • Foster effective communication among project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Task Management:
  • Monitor project timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Assist in the assignment and tracking of project tasks, ensuring team members are aware of deadlines and responsibilities.
  • Track and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
  • Identify potential issues or roadblocks that could affect project timelines or outcomes.
  • Work with project managers and team members to address challenges and ensure project goals are met.
  • Provide proactive solutions to keep projects on track and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Vendor & Supplier Coordination:
  • Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, or contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Assist in managing vendor contracts, schedules, and performance.
  • Quality Control:
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Assist with the review and approval process for project deliverables, ensuring that all required documentation is completed and accurate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
