Role OverviewAs a Senior Sales Consultant, you will conduct in-depth businessstrategy consultations with qualified prospects, diagnose theirbusiness challenges on the legal side with the help of our proprietary Business Legal Health Check assessment, present tailored game plans,and enroll them into our high-ticket programs or services. This is a closing role you will convert high-intent booked calls intopaying clients. Job Type: Full-timeLocation: BangaloreWorking Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM 6 PM)Academic Qualification: Any Graduate. Graduation in Law wouldbe a definite plus. Preferred Experience: Strong track record in consultative sales,B2B sales, or high-ticket closing. Compensation: Base Salary + IncentivesKey Responsibilities1. Consultation ClosingI. Conduct 60 consultations/month from booked appointments(inbound + outbound). II. Maintain a 30%+ closing ratio (3 of every 10 consultationsclosed). III. Follow up pre- and post-consultation to ensure show-up andconversion. 2. Business Diagnosis PresentationI. Uncover root causes of business legal challenges. II. Present customized solutions and articulate program/servicebenefits clearly. 3. Pipeline CRM ManagementI. Track every opportunity in CRM. II. Maintain follow-up sequences for undecided prospects. 4. Team CollaborationI. Provide feedback to Pre-Sales Sales Consultants to improvelead quality. II. Participate in daily ops meetings reports. KPIs / Outcomes Rs 30 Lakhs + GST new business revenue/month (12 15 units). Maintain 30%+ closing ratio.
