Role: Senior Sales Consultant Location: Hybrid – New Delhi, India (Remote flexibility available) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We're looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our growing team at PMGlide. In this high-impact role, you'll be at the forefront of driving customer acquisition and retention for our AI-based project management platform. This isn't just a sales job—it's a chance to become a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them unlock new levels of productivity and performance through automation. What You'll Do Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, targeting mid-to-large enterprises Engage with decision-makers to understand their pain points and recommend tailored AI-driven solutions Deliver compelling product demos and sales presentations to showcase business value Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align client feedback with product improvements Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing relationship management and solution consulting Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs What We’re Looking For 3+ years of proven success in B2B Sales, Consulting, or Enterprise Solutions Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills Deep understanding of client needs, especially in tech, SaaS, or project management domains Excellent communication and presentation skills Comfortable working in a hybrid/remote environment and managing digital sales pipelines Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) Passion for AI, innovation, and digital transformation Show more Show less
