Senior Sales and Marketing Executive

As a Sales and Marketing Executive at our real estate company in Pune, Maharashtra, you will be an integral part of our team, driving sales growth, cultivating customer relationships, and supporting marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings - Exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction - Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns, promotions, and events - Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer requirements - Assist in creating marketing content such as emails, social media posts, and brochures - Regularly report on sales activity, market conditions, and competitor analysis Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - 1-2 years of proven experience in sales and/or marketing - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities - Self-motivated and goal-oriented - Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or digital marketing tools is a plus - Willingness to travel for client meetings or events Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of digital marketing strategies like SEO, Google Ads, and social media - Experience in the real estate industry - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently In addition to a competitive base salary and performance-based incentives, we offer opportunities for career advancement, a supportive team environment, and flexible working conditions (if applicable).
