Job Summary

Megha Concrete is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our cement trading and non-trading business in Hyderabad. The role requires managing sales operations, building dealer networks, implementing marketing strategies, and driving revenue growth while ensuring strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Manage and expand the network of dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders.
• Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing, and demand trends.
• Lead a small sales team (if applicable), ensuring achievement of individual and team targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, dealers, and channel partners.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, dealer meets, and promotional events.
• Ensure timely payment collections and maintain credit discipline with clients.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
• Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Explore opportunities to expand the business into new markets and projects in Hyderabad and nearby regions.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Proven experience (4–5 years) in cement, construction materials, or building materials industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of dealer management and B2B/B2C sales.
• Ability to analyze market trends and create effective strategies.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and reporting tools (CRM knowledge is an added advantage)..

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
