Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Junior Payroll Assistant with 2–3 years of experience in payroll processing. The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of PF, ESI regulations , and advanced proficiency in Excel to support timely and accurate salary processing and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end payroll processing for all employees (monthly and off-cycle payrolls). Ensure accurate calculation and timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements . Handle statutory compliance related to Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax, etc. Maintain and update employee records including attendance, leave, advances, and overtime data . Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, MIS, and salary registers . Assist in monthly return filings , challans, and timely submission of statutory dues. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of payroll data at all times. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, or related field. 2–3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance. Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, and other Indian labor laws. Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Validation, etc.) is a must.
