Role & responsibilities Develop sales strategies to achieve targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and customer relationship management. Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research, analyzing data, and leveraging industry connections. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities. Preferred candidate profile 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles Experience in B2B or B2C sales, depending on industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to generate leads and close deals Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis Experience in Industrial Marketing ,Preferably in Cement Industries
