Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of industrial products, including rubber conveyor belts and gearboxes, to manufacturing industries. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our industrial products to potential clients in the manufacturing industry in South india.
  • Identify and target prospective clients, including factories, production units, and manufacturing companies, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the key features and benefits of our industrial products.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collaterals, promotional materials, and targeted campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and market trends related to industrial products to effectively address customer inquiries and provide value-added solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial products or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently to visit clients, factories, and manufacturing units within the assigned territory.
  • Preffered Male Candidates only
  • Age Not More than 45 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
