Senior Marketing Manager

ob Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to handle retail sales and marketing of cement products. The role involves building strong relationships with retailers, contractors, and builders to increase sales and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote cement products in the retail market and achieve sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities with retailers, dealers, and distributors
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base
• Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and pricing trends
• Organize promotional activities, campaigns, and product awareness programs
• Ensure timely collection of payments from retailers and distributors
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management
• Support marketing strategies to increase brand presence in local markets

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
• 4-6 years of experience in cement, construction materials, or building products industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure
• Good knowledge of local market and retail network
• Willingness to travel extensively

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
