Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify potential customers through research, lead generation, and prospecting.
Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value to clients.
Build strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to develop targeted sales strategies.
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales performance.

Preferred candidate profile

2 - 3 years in sales, business development, or lead management (preferably in healthcare, retail, or service industry).
With Tamil or Kannada as proficiency
Strong communication, good understanding of sales process, and hands-on experience
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to build positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
