Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers through research, lead generation, and prospecting.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value to clients.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales performance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2 - 3 years in sales, business development, or lead management (preferably in healthcare, retail, or service industry).

    With Tamil or Kannada as proficiency

  • Strong communication, good understanding of sales process, and hands-on experience
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to build positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
