**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** At TripMeGood, we're seeking a Senior Sales Advisor to join our team and play a crucial role in driving sales for our curated group tours. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, generate leads, and collaborate closely with the founder to align sales efforts with marketing strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Take ownership of driving sales for curated group tours by actively reaching out to new clients, partners, and prospects. - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. - Prospect new leads through calls, emails, and networking, utilizing various channels to generate interest in our tours. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Work closely with the founder to align sales efforts with marketing strategies and new tour offerings. - Have the opportunity to lead and mentor a growing sales team as the business expands. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors. Experience in selling group tours or packages is a bonus. - Strong sales skills, including the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close sales. Experience in lead generation and B2C sales is preferable. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. - Deep love for travel and genuine excitement about helping people plan their perfect group vacation. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively represent the company. - Ability to collaborate closely with the founder and other team members for success.
