Senior Sales Advisor

Role Overview: As a Sales Consultant in the Retail Apparel and Fashion industry, your main responsibility will be to provide a personalized shopping experience to clients by offering styling advice and helping them select and customize made-to-measure outfits. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless, high-touch client experience while achieving individual sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and consult walk-in clients on styling, fabric, and fit based on their preferences - Handle and assist with Made-to-Measure (MTM) orders - Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to store-wide goals - Maintain detailed client records, preferences, and order history - Deliver top-class post-sale service and build long-term relationships Qualifications Required: - 2-7 years of experience in premium/luxury fashion or apparel retail (store-based) - Excellent communication skills and strong grooming standards - Passion for men's fashion, styling, and personalized wardrobe consulting - Prior experience in MTM or bespoke clothing is highly preferred Note: This is a customer-facing in-store retail role.,
