Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute in-store promotions, local marketing activities, and customer engagement campaigns
• Increase footfall through strategic visibility efforts such as standees, flyers, society outreach, and local partnerships
• Coordinate with store teams to implement on-ground campaigns
• Handle printing, branding vendors, and monitor installation of marketing materials
• Conduct local area marketing (LAM) around stores to improve reach
• Prepare campaign performance reports weekly
• Travel across Minizmo store locations (NSP, South Ex, Saket, Noida)

Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of experience in offline/field marketing, preferably in fashion or retail
• Strong communication and coordination skills (Hindi and English)
• Comfortable with on-ground execution and vendor management
• Well-organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
• Familiar with the Delhi NCR market and customer behaviour
