Job Description

Spectrum Solar Power is looking for a Senior Sales Associate (Male Only) to lead sales initiatives in the Ernakulam region. The role involves developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue growth by building strong client relationships and driving solar solutions adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales activities in the Ernakulam region.
• Generate leads, build networks, and convert prospects into clients.
• Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present periodic sales reports to management.

Requirements:

• Male candidates only.
• Graduate/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience (solar/renewable energy sector preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within Ernakulam and nearby regions.
