We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our business growth by turning our group tours into unforgettable experiences for our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Take ownership of driving sales for curated group tours by reaching out to new clients, partners, and prospects. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. - Prospect new leads through calls, emails, and networking to generate interest in our tours. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction levels. - Collaborate with the founder to align sales efforts with marketing strategies and new tour offerings. - Opportunity to lead and mentor a growing sales team as the business expands. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors. Experience in selling group tours or packages is a bonus. - Strong sales skills including rapport building, objection handling, and closing sales.
