You will be expected to prospect new leads through various channels and ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets while focusing on customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the founder will be key to align sales efforts with marketing strategies and new tour offerings. As the business grows, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors. Experience in selling group tours or packages would be a bonus. Strong sales skills, motivation, and drive are necessary to succeed in this role. A passion for travel and excellent communication skills are essential as you will be representing the company.
