Senior Sales Advisor (Immigration) Drive revenue by expertly consulting high-value clients on complex immigration pathways. Mentor team, ensure ethical compliance, and consistently exceed sales targets. Requires deep policy knowledge and proven closing skills. 1. Expert Consultation Act as the primary subject matter expert; conduct detailed, accurate eligibility assessments for complex profiles (e.g., GSM, Investor Visas); and advise clients on the most viable and compliant immigration pathways. 2. Sales Performance Consistently exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing a pipeline of high-value leads; closing the company's most complex and high-ticket cases through value-based, ethical selling. 3. Pipeline Management Maintain flawless CRM data hygiene; ensure smooth transition of client files to the processing team; and proactively manage "stalled opportunities" to increase pipeline velocity. 4. Mentorship & Quality Control Coach and mentor junior sales staff on advanced policy understanding, objection handling, and ethical sales protocols; act as the final internal check for compliance on all pre-lodgement files.
