Senior Sale Executive

Job Description

The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding client base and promoting our referral solutions. This role requires an energetic and motivated professional who can identify opportunities, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Present and explain referral platform and solutions to prospective clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to position effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Education: MBA (Master of Business Administration) is required.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with decision-makers.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in achieving goals.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in SaaS, tech platforms, or referral/partnership-driven businesses.
• Existing business network and industry connections.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and sales automation tools.
