Senior Sale Executive

You will be employed as a full-time Senior Sales Executive at an Ayurvedic company based in Delhi, India. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing and motivating the sales team, creating and implementing effective sales strategies, exploring potential business prospects, nurturing client connections, and achieving sales objectives. Moreover, you will be involved in researching the market to comprehend its demands and trends, fostering positive interactions with customers, and providing guidance to junior sales personnel. To excel in this role, you should possess a sound understanding of sales methodologies and practices, along with a track record of meeting sales goals. Experience in market analysis to spot new avenues for business development is essential. Your proficiency in managing client relationships and ensuring their contentment, coupled with your ability to lead and support less experienced sales team members, will be critical. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must. The capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively is highly valued. Familiarity with Ayurvedic products and the wellness sector would be advantageous.
