Senior Sale Executive

As a Training Coordinator in the lens industry based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, your primary responsibilities will include determining training needs, scheduling training sessions, troubleshooting with the optician, and promoting sales while focusing on retaining existing customers. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that the team is well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. You will be responsible for identifying areas where training is required, organizing training sessions, and providing support to the optician in resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving sales and customer retention efforts. By fostering positive relationships with customers and promoting the benefits of our products, you will contribute to the growth and success of the business. To excel in this role, you should possess a good attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure while being conscious of the quality of your work. Prior experience in the lens industry is preferred, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
