Job Description

Discover and develop new business opportunities within the real estate sector, focusing on properties that are under construction, ready for occupancy, or in the secondary market.

Foster and sustain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals.

Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activities through regular research.

Work closely with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.

Deliver outstanding customer service from the initial contact through to the final closing.

Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other required documents.

Organize property viewings and support clients in selecting properties.

Negotiate sales agreements to achieve beneficial terms for both the company and its clients.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements and Skills

Proven track record in sales, with a preference for experience in real estate.

Experience in Real Estates/ Retail/ Loan/ Insurance

Knowledgeable about properties in various stages, including under construction, ready for move-in, and secondary market.

Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.

Understanding of the Noida Extension real estate market.

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Self-driven and proactive in addressing challenges.
