Senior Sale Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in assigned markets.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new areas for business expansion.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
• Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings.
• Provide insights and feedback to management for improving products/services and sales strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in sales (industry-specific experience preferred, if you want we can tailor it).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
