Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Onboarding Coordinator to join our team at Refrr. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CRM systems, a good understanding of bug reporting processes, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth client onboarding and adoption of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, including account setup, training, and platform adoption.
  • Conduct product walkthroughs, demos, and Q&A sessions with customers.
  • Maintain accurate client information, progress, and activity logs in the CRM.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs/issues to the product and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Product, and Support) to resolve client challenges.
  • Monitor onboarding milestones and proactively follow up with clients.
  • Gather client feedback and share insights to improve onboarding workflows.
  • Create and maintain onboarding documentation, FAQs, and knowledge resources.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in onboarding, customer success, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Familiarity with bug tracking/issue reporting tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in SaaS or technology startups.
  • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, or basic software workflows.
  • Exposure to QA testing, product feedback, or process optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer empathy skills.
