Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Relationship Officer / Relationship Officer in the Banking & Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Acquire new customers and generate gold loan business through cross-selling products.
Participate in field-marketing activities to improve brand visibility and generate leads.
Drive continuous customer engagement through various channels.
Maintain a quality portfolio by tracking and controlling ROI.
Provide after-sales service to existing customers and obtain references to increase the customer base.
Follow up on interest collections to keep NPAs under control.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in banking and financial services.
Strong knowledge of relationship management, sales, and marketing principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM software and MS Office tools.
A graduate degree is required.
Candidates with sales experience in banking and financial services can apply; freshers with a flair for sales are also encouraged to apply.
