Senior Relationship Officer / Relationship Officer

As a Gold Loan Sales Executive at Capri GoldLoan branch, your main responsibility will be to acquire new customers for generating Gold Loan business and promoting other cross-sell products. You will actively participate in field-marketing activities to enhance the brand visibility of the branch in the catchment areas and generate leads from potential customers. Your role will involve driving and ensuring continuous customer engagement through various channels. It will be crucial for you to maintain a quality portfolio by closely monitoring and controlling Return on Investment (ROI). Additionally, providing after-sales service to existing customers and seeking references from them to expand the customer base will be a key aspect of your job. You will also be required to have strong follow-up on interest collections to effectively manage non-performing assets (NPAs). Ideal candidates for this role would have 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in Banking & Financial Services. However, freshers with a keen interest in sales are also encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position with working days from Monday to Friday and working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.,
